Where we ship

We currently ship to Germany and Austria. More EU countries will follow soon.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched from our partner warehouse in Germany within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery times and costs

• Germany (DHL): 1-3 business days, EUR 5.90
• Austria (UPS): 2-5 business days, EUR 8.90
• Free shipping on orders from EUR 60

Customs and taxes

All prices include VAT. Orders ship from within the EU, so there are no customs duties.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will send a replacement or refund.
