1. General

These terms apply to all purchases made on this online store, operated by Origo ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms. The seller's identification details are available on our contact information page.

2. Products

Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product images are illustrative; the label on the product you receive prevails.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers at the time of the order.

4. Orders and contract

The contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error or lack of stock, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, under the conditions of our refund policy. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

6. Warranty

You have the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by applicable law. Contact us if a product is faulty or does not match the order.

7. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints can be submitted through our contact form or the electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico, www.livroreclamacoes.pt). Consumers may also use an alternative dispute resolution entity; more information is available at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
